I know its been a while since my last blog! I am am so excited to tell you all about the wedding I was apart of on October 17. I was hired as the wedding coordinator and I had a wonderful time helping the Bride and her Mother with the planning. The lovely Bride was such a pleasure to work with as well as her mother! The entire wedding party were wonderful and the Wedding was on time with NO PROBLEMS!!! (dont want to toot my own horn) The Ceremony and Reception was held at Brentwood Country Club in Beaumont, Texas. The Ceremony was under a GORGEOUS tent poolside. The FABULOUS Reception was held inside the Country Club in the upstairs ballroom. The colors for the event were Fern and Chocolate (LOVED)! I designed and assembled the wedding programs and I think they were a hit!! Here are a few pictures from the event! Hope you enjoy!

Hello All, (My first real Blog)

Yesterday evening I had the opportunity to meet and greet with some very interesting vendors in the Golden Triangle at a "NOTworking Party" hosted by Ashley B. owner of SoutheastTexasWeddings.com. SoutheastTexasWeddings.com is company designed with Brides in mind, its like the "GO TO" website for finding vendors for all your wedding needs! There was much discussion about the SETX Wedding Preview presented by SoutheastTexasWeddings.com on August 20 @ the MCM Elegante. It seems as though this will be a FABULOUS event for Brides & Grooms, yes you read correct GROOMS. There will be a very cool "MAN CAVE" for the Grooms which is being sponsored by Academy who will be providing "toys" for the Grooms. I am very excited about the event and I am working hard to get my money together so that I can participate as a vendor! Anyways back to the "NOTworking Party" seated at my table was Cathi T. with The Linen House, sweet lady. I went to her website and there were FABULOUS linens, I can't wait to work with her, also at my table were the lovely ladies from It's A Hit Events, Kathryn, Kay & Lauren I visited their website as well and OMG I love their work (event planning, invitations,etc.)! Also seated were Kyle & Becky B. with B & B Solutions GREAT keepsakes Videos! Kim with Manning's (invitations) was at table also, I have worked personally with Diana on several occasions who is no longer there but I LOVE their work as well they always do a FAB job! And I can not go without mentioning my Favorite vendor at the table Life's Little Moments Photography, Tifanie P! I have to admit that I am a "HUGE FAN" of her work and have worked with her on several occasions and I can honestly say that her work is GREAT. I have never not been pleased! I am grateful to Ashley B. with SoutheastTexasWeddings.com for the wonderful experience of meeting vendors at the "NOTworking Party"! I had a great time and look forward to working with all the vendors in the future!! I am hopeful and prayerful that I WILL BE a vendor @ the SETX Wedding Preview!!!
